6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Message logs and delivery reports are retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with Tanzanian financial regulations.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
