Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nasisms ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses, developers, and individuals accessing the platform.

Nasisms is a bulk SMS platform that enables businesses to send text messages to their customers at scale. The Service includes a web dashboard, an HTTP API, and related tools for managing SMS campaigns, sender IDs, and message delivery.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Nasisms to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to recipients who have not opted in.
• Transmit harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
• Violate any applicable Tanzanian law or TCRA (Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority) regulations.
• Send content that promotes illegal activities.
• Attempt to overload or disrupt our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

Sender IDs must be registered and approved before use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your messaging complies with Tanzanian telecommunications regulations and recipient consent requirements. Nasisms does not verify the legality of your content; that responsibility rests with you.

Nasisms operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as messages are sent. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change with 14 days' notice.

All software, branding, and content provided by Nasisms remain the exclusive property of Nasisms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as described in these terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Nasisms you consent to the data practices described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nasisms and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nasisms from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
